How we work

Four nodes. One line.

Our mark is four connected nodes — and so is every engagement. The line below draws itself as you scroll through the way we ship.

NODE 01 — DESIGN

Scope it like it’s ours.

A senior engineer — not a sales rep — reads your brief and returns a scope, timeline, and cost breakdown within 12 hours. Weeks one and two cover architecture, design, and the sprint plan.

Deliverablescope · timeline · cost
NODE 02 — BUILD

Two-week sprints, weekly demos.

Fixed-scope sprints billed weekly — not by the hour — so the cost is known before work begins. Every Friday you see a working demo, not a status report.

Demo cadenceevery Friday

NODE 03 — SHIP

Production is the finish line.

In-house QA, code review, and a dedicated PM are baked into every pod. A scoped MVP ships in 6–12 weeks; AI-heavy builds trend toward 10–14.

In their own words

Restaurant owners don't have time for complicated software. Quartic Lab understood that and kept the UX simple, while the AI underneath does the heavy lifting, pulling from QuickBooks, reviews, and location data to surface what owners actually care about. Our pilot group of 40 restaurants saw an average 18% cost reduction in the first quarter. That result speaks for itself.

I'll be honest... I was skeptical that an agency could properly handle the EPI model. It's not a simple dashboard; it pulls data from 160+ sources, and its scoring logic is proprietary. But they got it. Asked smart questions, didn't pretend to understand things they didn't, and came back once they'd thought it through. The platform works, and our clients are using it to make real budget decisions now."

We'd already burned through one dev agency before finding Quartic Lab. Night and day difference. They actually read our brief, asked smart questions, and delivered on time. The app's been live for six months now with zero major issues.

They delivered our MVP in 8 weeks, which I was skeptical about. Not only did they hit the deadline, but they also came back after go-live and fixed two small UX issues without charging extra. That kind of thing builds trust fast.

Before this, I was sending homework through email, grading in a separate spreadsheet, and scheduling through yet another app. TutorHub pulled it all into one place. The quiz builder is simple enough that I set it up myself without needing any help. My students also like being able to see all their materials in one place rather than digging through their inbox.

I've been collecting watches for eleven years, and I've always done pricing research manually — checking sold listings, forums, and auction results. It took hours and was never completed. Watchlytics pulls all of that together and shows me trend lines I couldn't have tracked on my own. I made a buying decision last month based on a price dip it flagged and flipped the piece three weeks later at a 22% margin. That one decision paid for a long time of subscription

There's an app for everything except the one thing that actually matters — the people you almost met. I crossed paths with someone at an airport in Istanbul two years ago. We talked for 20 minutes while waiting for a delayed flight, and I never got her name. That kind of thing used to just disappear. Once More is built for exactly that. The Destiny feature is genuinely clever — it's not random matching, it's location-aware reconnection. Hard to explain until you use it.

There's nowhere online that actually serves the karting community properly. Reddit threads, Facebook groups, sketchy classified sites — that's been the options until now. KartGeezer has marketplace listings, league management, and community all in one place. I sold a chassis in 48 hours that had been sitting on Facebook Marketplace for three weeks.

FAQ

Common questions

Quartic Lab is a full-stack software agency. We build AI, web, and mobile products end-to-end for startups and enterprises — from agentic AI automation to production Next.js apps to native iOS/Android. One senior team, zero handoff overhead.

A scoped MVP ships in 6 to 12 weeks. The first two weeks are scoping, architecture, and design. Weeks 3–8 are build and internal QA. The final 2–4 weeks are user testing, polish, and production deploy. Multi-product or AI-heavy MVPs trend toward 10–14 weeks.

Dedicated pods start at $12,000 per month for a 4-person senior team (engineer lead + two full-stack + one designer or MLOps). Pods are billed weekly against fixed-scope sprints — not by the hour — so you know the cost before the work starts.

We’re based in Lahore, Pakistan, and we run a daily 4–5 hour overlap window with US East Coast clients (8 PM–1 AM PKT) and full overlap with EU markets. Every pod has at least one engineer who runs the overlap window for sync calls, code review, and demos.

Freelancers handle assigned tickets; we own outcomes. Every Quartic Lab pod has a dedicated PM, in-house QA, and code review baked in — so you set the deadline and the deliverable, and we own everything between. Most clients who switch from freelancers to us report 2–3× more shipped functionality per dollar.
